We teach the latest technologies and software that meets the highest industry standards, from vendors such as Adobe, Apple, Macromedia, Microsoft and Quark.
We believe that training should support our clients’ broader organizational goals. Our clients also need training that is delivered in a timely fashion and is well adapted to the participant’s abilities and learning objectives. We therefore discuss their needs and, if necessary, we propose solutions involving technology procurement and workflow improvements prior to determining training needs.
Documedia offers two training options:
Training is provided mostly at our clients’ location or at our rented facilities in Montréal and Ottawa. Training dates are scheduled for full days (7 hours) chosen whenever it is mutually convenient. Training is usually hands-on, which means participants are led by the instructor though exercises on their own computer. We can train as many participants at a time as you like, from as few as one participant to larger groups.

Documedia uses Web conferencing software to provide live, interactive, instructor-led training over the internet to participants located anywhere around the world. Participants only require high speed internet access. Training sessions can be scheduled at a mutually convenient time and date, and last for 2 to 3 hours at a time. Training content is determined ahead of time in consultation with the instructor. This is an ideal solution to eliminate travel costs or when a participant only requires a few hours of assistance.
Please note that we can customize the content of any course to best meet your needs. We can also use your samples or projects as part of the training if you desire. The duration of a course may vary depending on the changes made to the content. We suggest that our clients consult our course outlines and schedule a phone consultation with one of our instructors.
Our instructors are experienced technical trainers with years of industry experience and recognized certifications. For most courses we have instructors that teach in French or English.
